As a specialist lender with a long history in construction loans, we’re used to handling new builds. Here’s how we approach construction loans:

  • Construction loans require a 50% LVR prior to construction and 65% LVR of the completed value.
  • SCP funds construction projects with progress payments, according to an agreed schedule.
  • We offer a 6-18 month loan term for construction and development loans.
  • A recent valuation, validated by an SCP panel valuer, is required.
